We're devoted to making sure our customers and pets are always happy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Our return policy and exchange policy is good for 15 calendar days from the date you placed your order. If you're not satisfied with your order for any reason, you can return the product for a refund or store credit. If 15 calendar days has passed since you made your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
How Do I Make a Return?
Contact us at email@example.com and we will generate a shipping label for you to return the item(s) you would like to send back. Shipping costs are not included and the cost of the shipping label will be deducted from your refund when your return is processed once we've received it and verified that it is eligible for a refund.
You must meet the following criteria in order to be eligible to receive a refund:
- Item(s) must be in the original packaging with tags attached
- Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and unused condition
- Item(s) is defective
- Item(s) is not damaged
We will ask for a photo if your item is defective so please have it on hand when you ask.
All returned items are inspected upon receipt to ensure the above conditions have been met. If the returned item(s) do not meet the refund eligibility requirements, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
All digitals purchases are FINAL SALES. NO refunds will be available.
While we insure a safe delivery and it to get to you, very rarely a package gets lost. All packages that ship out from my office are insured. This protects you and me for a "lost" package. If it has been over 45 days and your package is not delivery, you will receive a refund. The refund total will be deducted of the shipping costs and you will receive the cost of the goods back to you.
Proof of Purchase
Proof of Purchase is required before a refund will be processed. Proof or Purchase may be include your order number, packing slip, name and email address, etc. Without proof of purchase, a refund will not be issued.
Last Chance, Sale, Or Clearance Items
Only regular priced items are eligible to be returned. We do not accept returns on our Last Chance, Sale, or Clearance items.
How to Ship Returns Back to Us?
When returning item(s) to us, take care to ensure they are carefully packaged to avoid damage in transit. If the item(s) are found to be damaged or used in any way that does not meet our return eligibility requirements, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
If you would like to make an exchange, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and ensure you send your item(s) back to us within the 30 calendar days to avoid being charged. Your exchange order will be processed and shipped as soon as we receive your exchange.
